Tonight’s Blue Apron meal was Beef Medallions and Brown Butter Caper Sauce with Wilted Chard and Italian-Spiced Potatoes & Turnip 🍽🥂🍽

The best part of this Blue Apron meal was that Tony prepared it for us while I sewed. He did an excellent job and I finished Vyva’s dress! 🎉🎊🎉

This meal was one of my favorites! Loved the delicious blend of flavors. 💥😋💥
